CombineFilePro respects the intellectual property rights of others. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").
DMCA Notice Requirements
If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information:

A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed -
Location of infringing material:
The URL or specific location of the material you claim is infringing -
Your contact information:
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address -
Good faith statement:
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized -
Accuracy statement:
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner -
Physical or electronic signature:
Your physical or electronic signature
How to File a DMCA Notice

Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us.
Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court
Repeat Infringer Policy
We will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice and/or has had content removed from our service more than twice.
Important Notes
- We will process valid DMCA notices within 24-48 hours
- Removed content may be restored if a valid counter-notification is received
- We may forward your notice to the alleged infringer
- We are not responsible for determining copyright ownership
Our Responsibilities
CombineFilePro will:
- Investigate all valid DMCA notices promptly
- Remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material
- Notify the user who posted the material
- Document all DMCA notices and counter-notifications
- Cooperate with legal authorities when required
Firmware Specific Policy
Official Firmware: We host official firmware files released by manufacturers for backup and recovery purposes. These are typically distributed freely by manufacturers.
Custom ROMs: We do not host custom or modified firmware that may violate copyright or licensing agreements.
If you are a manufacturer and want your firmware removed, please file a DMCA notice as described above.
